Shipping

ICONICS LUXURY ships internationally using trusted express carriers such as **DHL Express, UPS, or specialist insured logistics providers depending on the item value, location and destination.

Our items may ship from different locations depending on their status, including the United Arab Emirates, Monaco, Europe, or another confirmed international location. The shipping location and estimated dispatch timeline may vary by item and will be confirmed before or after purchase depending on the item type.

All orders are shipped in discreet, non-branded packaging. Signature confirmation is required upon delivery.

Item Status & Dispatch Times

Dispatch times depend on the status of the item purchased.

Available Now Items

Items marked Available Now are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after full payment has been received and verified.

Consignment Items

Consignment items may require additional confirmation from the item owner, boutique or partner before dispatch. The estimated dispatch time will be confirmed before or shortly after purchase.

Private Sourcing Items

Private Sourcing items are subject to final availability confirmation. Dispatch begins only after the item has been secured, checked and prepared for shipment. The estimated dispatch time will be confirmed before payment or once the item has been secured.

Monaco Private Viewing Items

Selected high-value pieces may be available for private viewing by appointment in Monaco. Shipping or collection arrangements for these items are confirmed case by case.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are generally:

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, public holidays, weather, payment verification, security checks, supplier or consigner delays, or circumstances outside our control.

Deliveries are usually made on business days. Some carriers may offer Saturday delivery depending on the destination.

 

Order Status & Tracking

We will send order and shipping updates to the email address provided at checkout or during your purchase.

Once your item has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information where available.

Please ensure that your shipping address, email address and phone number are accurate. ICONICS LUXURY is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import duties, customs charges, taxes, brokerage fees or clearance fees may apply depending on the delivery country, item location and shipping route.

Where duties and taxes are collected at checkout or included in your invoice, this will be shown before payment.

If duties and taxes are not collected by ICONICS LUXURY, the client is responsible for paying any charges imposed by the destination country or courier before or upon delivery.

ICONICS LUXURY is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, unpaid duties, refused customs clearance or additional charges applied by local authorities.

 

Delivery & Package Inspection

All shipments require a signature upon delivery.

Before signing for the parcel, please inspect the external packaging carefully. If the package appears opened, damaged, tampered with or compromised, you should refuse delivery where possible and immediately contact us with photographs and details.

Once the package has been signed for, the item is considered delivered. Responsibility for the item passes to the client upon delivery, signature or collection.

 

Returns

Returns are accepted on eligible items within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To request a return, you must contact us in writing at info@iconicsluxury.com  within the 3-day return period and wait for return approval before sending the item back.

Returned items sent without prior approval may be refused.

 

Return Conditions

To be accepted, returned items must be:

* in the exact same condition as delivered;
* unused, unworn, unaltered and undamaged;
* returned with all ICONICS LUXURY tags, security tags, labels and seals intact;
* returned with all original packaging and all included accessories, including boxes, dust bags, certificates, cards, papers, receipts, spare parts or any other inclusions;
* free from any new signs of wear, odour, perfume, stains, scratches, damage or alteration;
* accompanied by the completed return form, where requested;
* shipped using the return method approved by ICONICS LUXURY.

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

If the item complies with our return conditions, the refund will be processed within 5 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

 

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.

Shipping charges, import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, bank charges, payment processing fees and currency exchange losses are non-refundable unless the item is proven to be materially misdescribed or defective.

For high-value items, we may require the return shipment to be fully insured and sent using an approved courier.

The client remains responsible for the item until it has been safely received and accepted by ICONICS LUXURY.

 

Items Excluded from Return

Unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed by ICONICS LUXURY in writing, the following items may not be eligible for return:

* Private Sourcing items purchased after client approval;
* items sourced specifically for the client;
* special-order items;
* items purchased after an in-person or Monaco private viewing;
* items marked as final sale;
* items altered, resized, repaired, personalised or modified at the client’s request;
* jewellery, watches or high-value items where security tags, seals or labels have been removed or tampered with;
* items showing signs of use, wear, damage, odour, perfume, stains or alteration;
* items returned without all original packaging and inclusions;
* items suspected of being switched, substituted, damaged or tampered with.

Each item may be returned only once.

ICONICS LUXURY reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.

 

Damaged, Incorrect or Misdescribed Items

If you believe your item has arrived damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed, you must contact us at info@iconicsluxury.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs, packaging images and a description of the issue.

We will review the case and provide instructions. Do not return the item before receiving written approval from us.
