All items sold on Iconics go through the experienced hands of our in-house expert team for authentication. We are committed to the fight against counterfeiting.
Buying with Iconics Luxury
Available items can be ordered here on our online store. An order is confirmed after payment is submitted and you receive an order confirmation from Iconics.
Iconics’ bags, shoes, clothing, and accessories are selected and curated with the utmost care, with significant attention paid to fashion trends and the satisfaction of our clients serving as our primary goal. Our selection is made based on a list of accepted designers and conditions.

Can I make an offer?
Yes, you can make an offer on any item available on Iconics. A response to your offer will be sent by email within 24 hours. Your offer cannot be more than 35% off the original sale price, and these offers are generally automatically declined.
Remember that making an offer does not equal a reservation of the item. The items, as long as they are not ordered, stay available for the public to purchase.
How do I use a discount code?
To use a discount/promo code on your order, simply enter the code in the discount field when you complete your order. Click on “Add” and your order value will automatically be recalculated.

Want to reserve an item on Iconics?
To access this feature, you need to have placed other sales in past with Iconics. Then, send us an email at info@iconicsluxury.com
If you are a new client, a 1st debit of 30% must be paid to reserve an item.
Shipping & Returns
You can return items within 3 days after you receive your order.
To return your item, log into your account and follow these steps;
On the page called “Shipping & Returns,” scroll down and download the return form. Fill it in and mail it to info@iconicsluxury.com You will receive instructions by email within 24 hours.
