This website is owned and operated by GWIRA TRADING LLC FZ, with registered office at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, P.O. Box 9305, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with TRN 104177733300003.
In these Terms & Conditions, “ICONICS LUXURY,” “we,” “us,” “our” refers to GWIRA TRADING LLC FZ trading as ICONICS LUXURY. “You,” “your,” “client,” “customer” refers to any person accessing the website, placing an order, making an enquiry, reserving an item, requesting private sourcing, consigning an item, or purchasing goods or services from us.
ICONICS LUXURY is an independent luxury resale and private sourcing business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any of the brands displayed or sold on our website. All brand names, trademarks, product names and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the products.
By accessing or using our website, placing an order, submitting an enquiry, requesting private sourcing, reserving an item or otherwise communicating with us for commercial purposes, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- About ICONICS LUXURY
ICONICS LUXURY specialises in the resale, consignment and private sourcing of curated luxury goods, including but not limited to designer bags, fine jewellery, watches, shoes, ready-to-wear and accessories.
Our business model includes different types of items and services:
1. Available Now items — items that are owned by us or otherwise under our control and available for purchase.
2. Consignment items — items offered for sale on behalf of private clients, consigners, partner boutiques or professional sellers.
3. Private Sourcing items — items that may be sourced through our private international network upon request.
4. Monaco Private Viewing items — selected high-value items that may be available for viewing by appointment through our Monaco partner network, subject to confirmation.
5. Sold / Source Similar items — items previously sold or no longer available, for which we may be able to source a similar piece upon request.
Not every item displayed on the website is necessarily immediately available for dispatch. Certain items are subject to final availability confirmation, sourcing confirmation, consigner approval or private appointment confirmation.
2. Use of the Website
You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
You agree not to:
* misuse the website;
* attempt to interfere with the security or functionality of the website;
* copy, reproduce, scrape, download, distribute or commercially exploit any website content without our written permission;
* submit false, misleading or fraudulent information;
* use the website to conduct or attempt any fraudulent transaction;
* infringe the intellectual property rights of ICONICS LUXURY or any third party.
We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the website or refuse to process any order or request if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms & Conditions, acted fraudulently, provided inaccurate information, misused our services, or created a security, legal, financial or reputational risk.
3. Intellectual Property
All website content, including but not limited to text, photographs, product descriptions, logos, graphics, design, layout, visual interfaces, videos, written content, software, HTML code and other materials, is owned by or licensed to ICONICS LUXURY and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, display, sell, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the website or its content without our prior written consent.
You may download or print content from the website only for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you do not alter the content and do not remove any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices.
4. Product Information, Availability and Item Status
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, prices, images, condition details, dimensions, inclusions and availability information are accurate and up to date. However, because we sell pre-owned, consigned and privately sourced luxury goods, errors, omissions, delays or changes may occur.
Product availability may change without notice.
Each item may be classified under one of the following statuses:
4.1 Available Now
An **Available Now** item is an item that is owned by us or otherwise under our control and is available for purchase, subject to order acceptance and payment confirmation.
4.2 Consignment Item
A **Consignment Item** is offered for sale on behalf of a third-party owner, consigner, partner boutique or professional seller. Such items may be subject to final availability confirmation, owner approval, minimum price requirements and dispatch arrangements.
4.3 Private Sourcing Item
A Private Sourcing Item is an item that may be sourced through our private international network. These items are subject to final availability, price confirmation, condition confirmation, payment confirmation and dispatch timeline confirmation.
Submitting an enquiry for a Private Sourcing Item does not guarantee availability.
4.4 Monaco Private Viewing Item
Selected high-value items may be available for viewing by appointment in Monaco through our partner boutique or private network. Such appointments are subject to availability, prior confirmation, identity verification where required, and appointment approval.
4.5 Sold / Source Similar
Items marked as Sold, Recently Sold, Unavailable or Source Similar are not available for immediate purchase. You may request that we source a similar piece, but availability, price, condition and delivery timeline are not guaranteed.
5. Orders and Order Acceptance
To place an order, reserve an item, make a sourcing request or purchase from ICONICS LUXURY, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
All orders, reservations, sourcing requests and enquiries are subject to our acceptance. An order is not accepted until we have confirmed acceptance in writing or dispatched the item.
We may refuse, cancel or decline any order or request at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:
* the item is no longer available;
* the item cannot be sourced;
* the consigner, supplier or partner boutique withdraws the item;
* the price, condition or description was incorrect;
* payment cannot be authorised or verified;
* we suspect fraud, money laundering, unauthorised payment or other unlawful activity;
* shipping restrictions apply;
* customs, export, import or regulatory restrictions apply;
* we are unable to verify your identity or required information;
* we reasonably believe the transaction may expose us to legal, financial, operational or reputational risk.
If we cannot accept or fulfil your order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise agreed with you.
6. Prices
Prices are displayed on the website or provided by invoice, payment link, written quotation or direct communication with our team.
Prices may vary depending on item availability, market conditions, exchange rates, supplier pricing, consigner requirements, shipping costs, taxes, duties, insurance, payment fees and other transaction costs.
For Available Now items, the price displayed on the product page or checkout page will generally apply, subject to error correction and order acceptance.
For Private Sourcing, Consignment or Monaco Private Viewing items, prices are subject to final confirmation before payment or completion of purchase.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing error at any time. If an item has been incorrectly priced, we may cancel the order and refund any payment made, or offer you the option to purchase at the corrected price.
7. Payments
We accept selected payment methods, which may include credit card, debit card, bank transfer, secure payment link, payment gateway, invoice payment or other approved payment methods.
Available payment methods may vary depending on the item value, client location, risk assessment, order type and transaction structure.
Payment must be made in the currency stated at checkout, on the invoice, in the payment link or in our written confirmation.
We will not dispatch any item until payment has been authorised, cleared and received in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For bank transfers, you are responsible for any bank charges, transfer fees, intermediary bank fees, currency conversion fees or payment deductions. The full invoiced amount must be received by us.

8. Deposits, Reservations and Private Sourcing Payments
For selected items, especially high-value, consignment, Monaco viewing or Private Sourcing items, we may require a deposit, reservation payment or full prepayment before confirming, reserving or sourcing an item.
Deposit and reservation terms will be communicated before payment.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
1. A deposit allows us to begin availability checks, reserve an item where possible, negotiate with a supplier, consigner or partner, or proceed with a sourcing request.
2. A deposit does not guarantee that the item will be available unless we expressly confirm this in writing.
3. If the item cannot be secured, sourced or made available, the deposit will be refunded or, at your request, transferred to another item or sourcing request.
4. If the item is confirmed as available and you cancel, fail to pay the balance, fail to provide required information, or do not complete the purchase within the agreed timeframe, the deposit may be retained in whole or in part to cover costs, opportunity loss, supplier charges, exchange losses, payment processing fees, administrative time or other expenses incurred.
5. The balance must be paid within the payment deadline communicated to you. If the balance is not paid on time, we may release the item and cancel the reservation.
6. Sourcing fees, special-order fees or non-refundable reservation fees will be clearly communicated before payment where applicable.
Private Sourcing items are subject to final availability, condition confirmation, price confirmation, authentication checks, shipping feasibility and payment completion.
9. Taxes, VAT, Import Duties and Customs
Prices are inclusive of UAE VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
Import duties, customs duties, taxes, clearance fees, brokerage charges and other local charges may apply depending on the delivery country, item location, shipping route, product classification and applicable law.
Where duties, taxes or shipping charges are collected at checkout or stated on your invoice, this will be shown before payment.
If duties or taxes are not collected by ICONICS LUXURY at checkout or on the invoice, you may be responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees or clearance charges imposed by the destination country.
You are responsible for ensuring that the item can be lawfully imported into your country. We are not responsible for delays, seizures, additional charges or delivery failures caused by customs procedures, import restrictions or your failure to pay applicable duties or taxes.
10. Shipping and Delivery
We offer national and international shipping, subject to item availability, payment confirmation, shipping feasibility, customs restrictions and carrier availability.
Delivery may be made by courier, insured express carrier, specialist logistics provider or another appropriate shipping method depending on the item type, value, destination and insurance requirements.
Dispatch timelines depend on the item status:
Available Now items: usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Consignment items: dispatch timing is confirmed before or after purchase depending on the item and consigner arrangements.
Private Sourcing items: dispatch timing is confirmed once the item has been secured and prepared for shipment.
Monaco Private Viewing items: delivery or collection arrangements are confirmed case by case.
Any delivery date or dispatch estimate provided by us is an estimate only and is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, public holidays, supplier delays, consigner delays, payment verification, identity verification, force majeure events or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You will receive tracking information where available.
All deliveries may require signature upon receipt. You must ensure that the delivery address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package.
11. Risk and Ownership
Ownership of the item passes to you once we have received full cleared payment and the item has been delivered to you, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery, signature, collection, or acceptance of the item by you or a person authorised to receive it on your behalf.
Upon delivery, you must inspect the external packaging before signing for the parcel.
If the packaging appears damaged, opened, tampered with or otherwise compromised, you should refuse delivery where possible and note the damage with the courier. You must contact us immediately with photographs and supporting information.
If you sign for the parcel without reporting visible damage, this may affect your ability to make a delivery damage claim.
12. Returns
You may request to return an eligible item within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery, unless the item is excluded from return under these Terms & Conditions or under the specific terms communicated before purchase.
To request a return, you must contact us in writing within the return period and wait for our return approval and instructions before sending the item back.
Items must be returned:
* in the exact condition in which they were delivered;
* unused, unworn and unaltered;
* with all ICONICS LUXURY tags, security tags, labels and seals intact;
* with all included accessories, boxes, dust bags, certificates, cards, papers, receipts, spare parts and packaging;
* using the return method approved by us;
* fully insured and trackable where required.
Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
If the item is approved after inspection, we will process the refund within 15 business days of return approval. Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping fees, return shipping costs, import duties, taxes, customs charges, payment processing fees, bank fees and currency exchange losses are not refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the item was materially misdescribed by us.
13. Items Excluded from Return
The following items may be excluded from return, unless required by applicable law or unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing:
* Private Sourcing items purchased after your approval;
* items sourced specifically for you;
* items purchased through special order;
* items purchased after a Monaco private viewing or in-person inspection;
* items sold on final sale terms;
* items altered, resized, personalised, repaired or modified at your request;
* items with removed, damaged or tampered security tags, labels or seals;
* items showing signs of wear, use, damage, perfume, odour, alteration or handling beyond inspection;
* jewellery, watches or high-value items where security tags or seals have been removed;
* items returned without all original accessories or inclusions;
* items suspected of being switched, substituted, damaged, used or tampered with.
Each item may be returned only once.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if we determine that the item does not meet our return conditions.
14. Authentication and Product Condition
ICONICS LUXURY is committed to selling authentic luxury items only. We take reasonable steps to verify authenticity before listing, selling or dispatching an item.
Because many items are pre-owned, vintage, consigned or privately sourced, signs of wear, age, prior repairs, polishing, storage marks or natural variation may be present. Product condition is described as accurately as reasonably possible based on available information, photographs, inspection and supplier or consigner details.
For jewellery and watches, information regarding metals, stones, weights, measurements, serial numbers, references, certificates, papers and original documentation is provided where available. Unless expressly stated, pre-owned jewellery and watches may not include original papers, original box, service history or manufacturer warranty.
Images form part of the product description, but colour, scale and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and screen display.
If you require additional photographs, videos, measurements or condition details, you must request them before purchase.
ICONICS LUXURY is not an authorised distributor, agent or representative of any brand shown on the website.
15. Offers, Negotiations and Price Requests
We may allow clients to submit offers on selected items. Submitting an offer does not create a binding contract unless we accept the offer in writing and payment is completed.
We may accept, decline or counter any offer at our sole discretion.
For consignment, sourcing or partner-held items, any offer may be subject to approval by the consigner, supplier, boutique or item owner.
16. Private Sourcing Service
You may request that ICONICS LUXURY source a specific item for you.
When submitting a Private Sourcing request, you may be asked to provide details such as brand, model, size, material, colour, condition preference, target budget, location, urgency and other relevant preferences.
We do not guarantee that any requested item can be found, reserved, purchased, authenticated, imported, shipped or delivered.
Any quotation, estimate or availability indication provided for a sourced item is non-binding until confirmed in writing by us.
Private Sourcing orders may require a deposit, sourcing fee or full payment before we secure the item.
Where a sourced item is purchased specifically for you after your approval, cancellation and return rights may be limited, as communicated before purchase and subject to applicable law.
17. Monaco Private Viewings
Selected high-value items may be eligible for private viewing in Monaco through our partner boutique or private network.
Private viewings are subject to availability, appointment confirmation, security checks where appropriate, item location, partner approval and scheduling.
We may refuse or cancel a viewing request at our discretion.
Viewing an item in person does not oblige you to purchase it. However, if you purchase an item after viewing and approving it in person, return rights may be limited, subject to applicable law and the specific transaction terms communicated before purchase.
ICONICS LUXURY may receive a commission, margin or referral fee in connection with items purchased through partner boutiques, private sellers, consigners or third-party networks.
18. Consignment and Third-Party Items
Certain items may be sold on behalf of third-party consigners, private sellers, professional sellers, boutiques or partners.
For such items, availability, pricing, dispatch, return eligibility and transaction timing may depend on the third-party owner or partner.
We take reasonable care to verify and describe such items accurately, but we may rely on information provided by consigners, suppliers, boutiques or professional sellers.
If a third-party item becomes unavailable after your enquiry, reservation or payment, we may cancel the transaction and refund the amount paid, or offer an alternative item where available.
19. Promotions, Discounts and Referral Benefits
Any promotional code, discount, referral benefit, private client benefit or special offer is subject to the specific terms communicated with that offer.
Promotions may be modified, withdrawn or refused at any time.
Discounts and referral benefits cannot be applied retroactively unless expressly agreed by us in writing.
20. Privacy and Personal Data
When you use our website, place an order, submit an enquiry, request private sourcing, reserve an item, consign an item, attend an appointment or communicate with us, we may collect and process personal data about you.
Personal data may include your name, address, email address, phone number, payment details, billing and shipping information, identity verification information, order history, preferences, communications and other information necessary to provide our services.
We process personal data for purposes including:
* order processing;
* payment processing;
* shipping and delivery;
* client communication;
* fraud prevention;
* anti-money laundering, know-your-customer and compliance checks where applicable;
* private sourcing and consignment services;
* marketing, where permitted;
* legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations;
* protection of our rights, property, clients and business.
We may share necessary personal data with employees, service providers, payment processors, banks, shipping carriers, IT providers, legal advisers, accountants, customs brokers, professional advisers, fraud-prevention providers, public authorities and other parties where necessary for the purposes described above.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. However, no online transmission or storage system is completely secure.

21. Website Accuracy and Technical Availability
We take reasonable measures to maintain website accuracy, security and availability. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or harmful components.

You are responsible for using appropriate security protections, including anti-virus software, when accessing the website.
22. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits our liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Our total liability to you in connection with any order or transaction shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to ICONICS LUXURY for the specific item or service giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
23. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, labour disputes, epidemics, pandemics, government action, customs delays, import/export restrictions, carrier delays, supplier delays, cyberattacks, payment processor failures, power failures or other events beyond our control.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision shall be interpreted or replaced, where possible, by a valid and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intention.
25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, the website, any order, transaction, sourcing request, consignment, appointment or service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in Dubai.
You agree that the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the website, any order, transaction, sourcing request, consignment, appointment or service, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
26. Changes to These Terms
We may update, amend or replace these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
You are responsible for reviewing these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
