At Iconics Luxury, we aim to make every purchase secure, clear and convenient. Whether you are purchasing an available item, reserving a piece, or arranging a private sourcing request, payment details will always be confirmed before your order is processed.

Accepted Payment Methods

Iconics Luxury accepts the following payment methods:

Credit and debit cards
We accept all major 3D Secure credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other supported card providers.

Bank transfer
Payment by wire transfer is available on request. Please contact us at info@iconicsluxury.com for bank transfer details.

Secure payment links or invoices
For selected orders, private sourcing requests, reservations or high-value pieces, Iconics Luxury may issue a secure payment link or invoice after confirming the item’s availability, condition, price and estimated dispatch timeline.

Reserving an Item

Selected items may be reserved before purchase, subject to availability and approval by Iconics Luxury.

To request a reservation, please contact us at info@iconicsluxury.com with the item reference or product link.

For returning clients with previous purchases through Iconics Luxury, reservation options may be available depending on the item and agreed terms.

For new clients, a first payment of 30% of the item price is required to reserve an item. The remaining balance must be paid within the agreed deadline communicated by Iconics Luxury.

Reservation Terms

A reservation is only confirmed once the required payment has been received.

If the item is confirmed as available and the client decides not to complete the purchase, Iconics Luxury may retain part or all of the reservation payment depending on the item, sourcing work, supplier commitment, or administrative costs involved.

If the item cannot be secured, the reservation payment will be refunded or, if preferred, transferred to another item.

Private Sourcing Payments

For private sourcing items, availability is confirmed before final payment whenever possible. Once availability, condition, price and estimated dispatch are confirmed, Iconics Luxury will send payment instructions.

Private sourcing orders may require a deposit, partial payment or full payment depending on the value, rarity and sourcing conditions of the item.
