That is why every item offered by Iconics Luxury is carefully reviewed for authenticity, condition and conformity before being approved for sale. Our mission is to make preloved luxury shopping easier, safer and more enjoyable for every client.

Our Authentication Process

Each piece is inspected with close attention to the details that matter. Depending on the item, this may include reviewing the structure, stitching, materials, hardware, clasps, straps, corners, interior lining, pockets, serial details, date codes, engravings, hallmarks, packaging, accessories and overall craftsmanship.

We know that with luxury authentication, the smallest details can make the biggest difference. Every brand has its own construction methods, materials and finishing standards, which is why our curation process is meticulous and brand-specific.

Details Matter

The resale industry includes many sellers offering counterfeit or misrepresented items. Iconics Luxury exists to provide a more trusted way to shop preloved luxury.

Before an item is accepted or dispatched, we assess whether it corresponds with the standards expected from the brand, its stated condition, and any included accessories or documentation. We aim to represent each item clearly and accurately, so clients know exactly what they are purchasing.

Provenance

When shopping preloved, provenance — the ownership history or origin of an item — can be an important part of the buying decision.

For privacy reasons, Iconics Luxury does not disclose the identity of previous owners. However, where available, we take provenance into account as part of our internal review process. Many of the pieces we handle come from private clients who originally purchased them directly from luxury boutiques.

Our goal is to accept and offer only pieces that meet the quality, condition and authenticity standards expected by our clients.

Our Authenticity Guarantee

Client confidence is at the heart of Iconics Luxury.

If an item purchased from Iconics Luxury is proven to be inauthentic by a recognised professional authenticator, Iconics Luxury will honour a full refund upon return of the item, provided the item is returned in the same condition in which it was sold.
